We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rodial purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or unsealed.
Return Process

Carefully pack your unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Shipping Your Return
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns facility, ensuring you use a tracked service for peace of mind.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
